Introducing my new collaborative project the 'Art of Yoga' box experience. Me and two other talented ladies have came together to create this unique concept to encourage whoever receives this experience box to become the artist of their own practice.

There are three elements to this retreat at home box, yoga by the senior yoga teacher Elizabeth Welty PhD, mindful jewellery making by Caroline Rea, creator and owner of Threaded Stones Designs and art by myself.

I’ve put together an art kit containing a watercolour paint set with all the materials and instruction you need to produce two lovely pieces of artwork. I have filmed a short tutorial at my studio to go with it, showing you step by step how to use the art kit and create a tranquil “Sun and Moon” painting. I'm so looking forward to sharing lots of inspiration and techniques with you all.

Caroline and Elizabeth also have tutorials and beautiful items in the retreat box. You could spend the entire day indulging in all three crafts or practice one a day.
